SHIPPING
1. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.
2. If the Customer chooses the payment method by transfer, electronic payment or payment card - from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.
3. The goods are delivered by insured shipment in cooperation with Poczta Polska or DPD Polska.
4. We ship the goods within 24 hours after the funds are transferred to the Seller's bank account for the ordered goods.
5. The courier will deliver the ordered products to the indicated address of the ordering party.
6. If it is impossible to deliver the goods within the above-mentioned time, the Customer (User) will be immediately informed about this by an employee of the Online Store www.agat24.com.
7. When the goods are handed over to the courier company, the Customer (User) is notified of this fact by sending electronic information to the e-mail account provided in the order. The Customer (User) has the ability to track the status of his order via the "Account" website, which is an integral part of the online store www.saymic.pl

If there is a need to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer using a payment card, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.
